Powerful traditional massage techniques are used with pre-blended aromatherapy oils in combination with ground herbs wrapped in a muslin cloth. These hot herbal compresses known as prakhop, are then systematically pressed and rolled all over the body.
This treatment is combined with simple and effective stretches that help prevent and relieve ailments such as, stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments, back pain and arthritis, chronic pain or injury, digestive dysfunction, migraines and chronic stress or anxiety. A wonderful treatment to compliment sports injury / management.
