Are You Over training?
After exercising it is important to allow the body to recover. During the recovery process the body rebuilds itself and replenishes its energy. If you do not allow for adequate recovery time, a decline in performance both in exercise and daily activities might be experienced. The following are warning signs that you may be over training. If you suffer from these symptoms, give your body a rest by taking several days off - remember to incorporate cross-training to avoid stressing the same muscle groups repeatedly. Warning Signs:

These symptoms are not all necessarily a result of over-training. If you suffer from these symptoms persistently for more than 4-7 days, cease exercise and consult your doctor who can diagnose for other possible medical problems.
