Swedish massage is a deeply relaxing body massage using a fusion of techniques (effleurage- long gliding strokes, petrissage - kneading, frictions - deep and circular movements, tapotement - tapping and vibration - fine, rapid shaking movements) that ease away tension and stress, leaving you feeling totally relaxed, calm and renewed.
